Regu is a post-game antagonist in Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth3: V Generation with her rival Bamo. Her goal is to overthrow the CPUs and rebrand Gamindustri as "Sociomobilindustri".

Appearance
Regu appears to be a gold rat with large black eyes, a tiny black nose, and three tiny whiskers over pale pink blushed cheeks. Her tail is brown and her torso has a brown circle on it. She has a single curled lock of blue hair sticking down under her green hat, which has the Japanese letter "to (と )" written on it in yellow and a black shovel handle on the side. She wears a green piece of material on her body.
