CyberConnect2 (サイバーコネクトツー, Saibākonekutotsū) is a Maker character who represents the company CyberConnect2 and her design is strongly based on Red Savarin from Solatorobo: Red the Hunter and Kite from the .hack// series.

Due to the Neptunia series being a game that revolves around different universes and dimensions, there are multiple CyberConnect2s throughout the series, though all retain more or less the same personality.

Etymology

CyberConnect2's name comes directly from the company name CyberConnect2, as the case with most Makers in the series.

Trivia

• CyberConnect2 is the avatar of the CyberConnect2 company which is responsible for the creation of the .hack// series and the Naruto Shippuden fighting games, as well as, the Little Tail Bronx series.
• CyberConnect2's appearance and personality are actually based off of Red Savarin from Solatorobo: Red the Hunter a game from the Little Tail Bronx series and Kite from the .hack// video games. This can be seen through CC2's dog-like ears (on her hat) and tail referencing Red, and she uses twin daggers/blades and has an odd hat which references Kite along with a peculiar bracelet around her right wrist being a reference to Kite's Twilight Bracelet. She may also reference Naruto through becoming enraged when her friends are hurt.
• Her nickname "Cybercon" only exists in the localized version. The nickname is probably an attempt to avoid of reaching the character limit of dialogue boxes, since her full name has 13 characters in English, while her Japanese name is written with only 10 characters.
