Kado is the leader of Obsoletia and main antagonist in Neptunia Virtual Stars. With her assistant HERO, she leads an army of Anti troops to invade and destroy planet Emote.

Kado has long, red hair with yellow eyes. Her attire boasts a black bodysuit with gray, red and gold designs and wears matching pieces of armor floating on both sides, a crown, arm gloves and thigh high boots.
