RED
RED, previously stylized as Red, is a young tomboyish girl whose goal is to find wives for herself. She represents the company Red Entertainment.
Due to the Neptunia series being a game that revolves around different universes and dimensions, there are multiple REDs throughout the series though all of them retain more or less the same personalities and core aspects regardless of the setting.

- RED's namesake, RED Entertainment, is an acronym for Royal Emperor Dragon.
- RED is the only playable character in Hyperdimension Neptunia that does not appear in Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2. However, she reappears after a long absence in its remake, Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth2.
- One of the name of her events, "LEFT 4 RED," is a reference to Left 4 Dead.
- RED's attacks are puns and references to yoyo techniques.
- RED's "wifey" obsession is a nod to the Red developed Sakura Wars series, RPGs that fuse tactical simulation with harem-esque dating sim elements.
