Jagaa is a supporting character appearing in Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution. She is one of the Failure Goddesses who is in charge of "production" and "public relations" in game development at the Game Maker "Victory".

Human Form
Appearance
In her human form, she has short, black and white hair with pointed hair buns and yellow eyes. Her attire consists of a black zip-up vest with red designs, matching gloves, ripped jeans with a USB cable on the back, and boots with the Atari logo flipped upside down.
Personality
She is a quiet, cool and calm girl who proclaims to be "excellent at doing mathematics", but is actually horrible at it. She often uses abbreviations like "E.O.R." (Egg On Rice). She despises insects and ghosts, and she faints if she sees either one.
Goddess Form
Appearance
In her goddess form, her hair is blonde and has red eyes with the pupils resembling the power symbol. She boasts a one-piece black and grey bodysuit with red designs. Her shoulder areas have red shoulder pads and her arm areas have matching arm gloves. On the bottom area, her lower abdomen is exposed and has a different designed USB cable on the back and wears matching thigh high boots.
