Deco is a young girl with light blue hair, with her forehead exposed in the front, and orange eyes. Her attire boasts an orange dress with a DECO cassette on the front, a black belt on her waist, hair clips with the Data East logo split on each side, a choker with a symbol resembling a shiitake mushroom, and silver braces on both of her upper arms and ankles. her footwear consists of orange and black high-heeled pumps with the Data East logo on each one.

Deco has an assertive personality, who tends to be sarcastic when bothered, and sometimes prefers to be alone.

Deco appears in Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 as one of the residents of the Gamindustri Graveyard along with 1st-Gen Compa and Furapura. While she has no active relevance to the plot, she and the other two girls work at the Gamindustri Graveyard Colosseum as receptionist girls.
