Deco makes a second appearance as an NPC residing in Planeptune in Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory. Little is actually known about her other than she ends up dying in chapter 2 of the game.

Deco is a young girl with light blue hair, with her forehead exposed in the front, and orange eyes. Her attire boasts an orange dress with a DECO cassette on the front, a black belt on her waist, hair clips with the Data East logo split on each side, a choker with a symbol resembling a shiitake mushroom, and silver and black detached sleeves. Her legwear consists of black thigh high socks with buttons on her left leg, and orange and black high-heeled pumps with the Data East logo on each one.

Deco has an assertive personality, who tends to be sarcastic when bothered, and sometimes prefers to be alone.

Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory
Deco makes another appearance in the Gamindustri of the Ultra Dimension, residing in Planeptune with 1st-Gen Compa and Furapura. When chapter two starts it is revealed that she died from consuming too many yogurt mushrooms and that the funeral would be held with only family and close friends.

Her role remains the same as in Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory.
