  • Fantasy Zone: Named after the Sega video game of the same name.
  • Haneda Forest: Named after the real-life Haneda Airport, located a short distance away from Sega's corporate headquarters.
  • Monster Cave: Possibly a reference to Sega's Monster World series.
  • Neo-Geofront: References SNK's Neo-Geo arcade machine and home console.
  • Nights' Dimension: Reference to Sega's NiGHTS series.
  • Noma Cave: References the Sega Nomad, a handheld console that could play Mega Drive/Genesis games.
  • Virtua Forest: Reference to Sega's Virtua Fighter series.
  • Yukawa Ruins: References Hidekazu Yukawa, a prominent figure in the marketing for the Sega Dreamcast.
  • Zeca Ruins: Possibly a corruption of the name Sega.

  • Graphic Pass: Potentially a meta reference to debates around the 7th generation of consoles over whether the PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360 had better graphical capabilities. Also a potential reference to dedicated graphics cards in most gaming PCs.
  • Halo Mountain: References the Halo video game franchise.
  • Kinest Range: References the Kinect, a motion tracking camera peripheral for the Xbox series of consoles.

  • Alraune: Design is similar to the Flora Beast from the Disgaea franchise and Japanese names are the same (アルラウネ| Aruraune).
  • Baby Bug: A recurring monster from the Monster Complete World series.
  • Clyde/Ms. Clyde/Pinky/Ms. Pinky: Named after ghosts from the Pac-Man series. Also features the key difference between Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man, by adding a bow.
  • Contracted Angel: Design is based on Kyubey from Puella Magi Madoka Magica.
  • Pirachu: A reference to Pikachu from the Pokémon games (see also Warechu).
  • Pixelvader: Styled and named similarly to the invaders in Space Invaders.
  • Plum-met: Resembles the pipes seen in the Super Mario series.
  • Polytan: The mascot of Dengeki PlayStation.
  • Purr4: Resembles the PlayStation 4.
  • Shampuru: A recurring monster from the Mugen Souls series.

  • Red Ring: With 3 out of 4 lights working, it references the dreaded Red Ring of Death from the Xbox 360 console.
  • Remote Ring: With added Nunchucks, like the Wii controllers.
  • Protective Scroll: Reference to Ninja scrolls from Senran Kagura series which boost stats.
  • Wi-Bangle/Fi-Bangle: A pun on Wi-Fi connections.
  • Drive Ring: Reference to the Sega Mega Drive console.
  • Monkey Bracelet: Monkey in a clear ball is referring to the Super Monkey Ball games.
  • Shiitake Bracelet: Description refers to a green and white mushroom, such as Super Mario's 1UP item, though strangely this is a Vert only accessory.
  • Nunchuck Strap: The handy strap on a Wii controller that stops you throwing it across the room.
