Tortoises (オオリクガメ, Oorikugame) are one of the many enemies in the Hyperdimension Neptunia Series. They're huge sturdy turtles with a palm tree growing on their back.

Behavior

Naasne Volcano Tortoises are Dangerous Bosses, as such, they won't actively pursue the player.

Naasne Volcano Tortoises have 5 skills:

• Power Bash (0 SP)
• High Explosion (160 SP)
• High Thunder/ (160 SP)
• Thunder Crush&/ (750 SP)
• High X. Gust (320 SP)

Attack Patterns

Above 50% HP

These Tortoises' main skill is Power Bash, but they often also use High Explosion or High Thunder to deal more damage. They also have High X. Gust and Thunder Crush, but they rarely use these skills. When they run out of SP they only use Power Bash.

Below 50% HP

When these Tortoises' HP go below 50%, the odds of them using High Explosion or High Thunder seem to increase, while the ones of them using Thunder Crush increase greatly.

Attack Patterns

These Tortoises' main skills are High Crush and Venom Attack. Occasionally they use High Blast Impulse or High Blast Tornado instead, or in rare cases, Venom Gas. They can't run out of SP due to their high SP regeneration.

Below 50% HP

When these Tortoises' HP go below 50%, the odds of them using High Blast Tornado increase a lot, and the ones of them using Venom Gas increase greatly.
