Garuda (ガルダ Garuda) are recurring enemies in the Hyperdimension Neptunia Series. They're mechanical phoenixes with what looks like huge eyes in their wings.
Behavior
Garudas are Dangerous Bosses, as such, they won't actively pursue the player.
Skills
Garudas have 5 skills:

(80 SP) - Blast Impulse/ (160 SP)
- Blast Tornado/ (240 SP)
Attack Patterns
Above 50% HP
Garudas' main skills are Blast Magic and Paralyze Attack, but they occasionally use High Blast, Blast Impulse or Blast Tornado to deal more damage. They can't run out of SP due to their high SP regeneration.
Below 50% HP
When Garudas' HP go below 50% HP, the odds of them using Paralyze Attack seem to increase.

Garudas don't have direct partners.
