Neo Wings' main skills are Mega Slash and Circle Slash. They almost never use Meteor Rain. When Neo Wings run out of SP they only use Mega Slash.
Below 50% HP
When Neo Wings' HP go below 50%, the odds of them using Meteor Rain increase greatly.
