Above 50% HP

Lowee High Guards' main skills are Slash and Explosion, but they also use Ice Impulse often. Occasionally they use Ice Attack or EX Impulse. When they run out of SP they only use Slash or Ice Attack.

Below 50% HP

When Lowee High Guards' HP go below 50%, the odds of them using Ice Impulse increase greatly.
