These Rebirth Hands' main skill is Power Attack, but they can use High Explosion, Virus Attack, Paralyze Attack or High X. Gust instead pretty often. When they run out of SP they only use Power Attack.
Below 50% HP
When these Rebirth Hands' HP go below 50%, the odds of them using Power Attack decrease.
