Horsebird Riders are Risky Bosses, as such, they won't actively pursue the player.

Attack Patterns
Above 50% HP
Horsebird Riders' main skills are Mega Slash and High Flame, but they also use High Flame Tornado or High X. Gust pretty often. In rare cases they can use Flame Crush. Horsebird Riders can't run out of SP due to their high SP regeneration.
Above 50% HP
When Horsebird Riders' SP go below 50%, the odds of them using Flame Crush increase greatly.
