Frozen Skulls (スカルフローズン, Sukaru Furōzun) are one of the many enemies in the Hyperdimension Neptunia Series. They're ice skeletons on a floating blue pillow, holding a cold drink.

• Ice/ (120 SP)
• Ice Attack (0 SP)
• Ice Impulse/ (160 SP)

Above 50% HP

Frozen Skulls' main skill is Ice by far, they use this skill more than half their turns. They also have High Slash, Ice Attack and Ice Impulse, these three skills are used almost equally. When they run out of SP, they only use High Slash or Ice Attack.

Below 50% HP

When Frozen Skulls' HP go below 50%, the odds of them using High Slash decrease.
