Ruffian Cats (チンピラキャット, Chinpira Kyatto) are one of the many enemies in the Hyperdimension Neptunia Series. They look like blue weasels (even if their name implies that they're cats) with a helmet and a pair of metal claws.

Ruffian Cats have 5 skills:

• Power Attack (0 SP)
• Virus Attack (80 SP)
• Flame Attack (0 SP)
• Flame/ (120 SP)
• Flame Impulse/ (160 SP)

Above 50% HP

Ruffian Cats's use all their attacks almost equally, being Flame and Flame Impulse a bit less used than Power Attack, Virus Attack and Flame Attack. When they run out of SP, they only use Power Attack or Flame Attack.

Below 50% HP

When Ruffian Cats' HP go below 50%, the odds of them using Flame Attack increase, and the ones of them using Flame also increase, but greatly.
