Hello Continent
The Hello Continent is a continent in the Ultra Dimension located on the west side of Gamindustri away from the mainland. It has no relation to the main story of Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory except it's required to visit it to enter a dungeon that contains one of Rei Ryghts' memory events.
Geography
The most notable part of the Hello Continent are the several tall wind turbines that are on it. The continent itself is filled with green grass and patches of forested areas; there is also a river flowing through the mainland of the continent that flows out into the ocean.

Residents
There have been no signs of anyone living on the Hello Continent. Though with there being wind turbines, there is a possibility that there are residents on the continent somewhere.
