Treasure Ruins is a DLC dungeon in Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory that can be found in Hyper Dimension Lowee.
This dungeon is unlocked if the DLC "Get the Treasure!!" is installed with a level requirement of 900.

Story

Ram suddenly remembers that Mina had given her a map to pass to Blanc. After revealing that she has such a map, the party decide to look for the location of the X marked on it, with the thought of finding treasure. Nepgear says it should be in the area behind Lowee's International Exhibition Center. Feeling excited, Ram leads the party there.
Ram leads the party to some ruins in the area. The party make their way deeper into the ruins until they encounter the dungeon boss. After defeating the boss, everyone started searching for the treasure all around the ruins. However, after searching for about 6 hours without being able to find any treasure, the party decide to go ask Blanc about it.
Upon arriving at Lowee's Basilicom, Neptune asks Blanc about the map and treasure while also revealing that the party used her map to look for her treasure. Everyone apologizes to her and Blanc forgives them except for Ram and Rom. She brings the 2 sisters aside, taking some time to reprimand both of them. After Blanc cools down, she explains that the treasure has already been collected and that Mina must have meant to ask whether it was fine to get rid of the map. The party realize that all their efforts were wasted and leave the Basilicom.
