Story
Prologue: Current
Neptune and her sister, Nepgear do another quest together. This time, they are to stop the protesting Citizens Group who want to regulate Goddesses. They find Rei Ryghts handing out posters all alone with nobody listening to her. Nepgear asks her politely to stop. She is about to comply until she realizes they are the CPU and CPU Candidate of Planeptune. She runs away afraid of the punishment the two are not about to bestow upon her. Nepgear tries to stop but she fled quite quickly. Neptune is very satisfied with her reaction thinking she must be a famous Goddess that citizens love and fear.
