The PC Continent is a continent ruled by an unknown CPU and the CPU Candidate Grey Sister. It is located on the east of Gamindustri, off of most maps.

Megadimension Neptunia VII
Although not physically appearing, it is mentioned by Nitroplus claiming that she came from the continent to hunt down Horyuchu, who was in charge of distributing pirated video games that was causing direct damage to her home on the PC Continent.
Neptunia: Sisters vs Sisters
The four Goddesses arrive at the PC Continent to respond to a help request. They first encounter Arfoire, who is now revived and has taken over the continent. As they are about to fight, Purple Heart gets stopped by Black Heart and shows her the time rift that may be caused by Arfoire. With the Goddess of PC Continent missing in action, Black, White and Green Heart help evacuate the citizens out of the continent while Purple Heart decides to fight Arfoire alone. The remaining three Goddesses successfully evacuated the residents, with the exception of Neptune, who was sucked into the rift alongside the PC Continent.
