Hyperdimension Neptunia The Animation: DNA Comic Anthology/Chapter 13

Synopsis

Rom and Ram happily run away from a security guard, when suddenly, they run into Blanc. The guard tells the latter that the twins were about to pull a prank, but Blanc lets them go and tells the guard that kids are best when they are energetic, which confuses the group. She then tells the twins that they should not be pulling pranks and getting in everyone's way while they are working. Ram responds by stating that everyone is always working, and it is boring. Blanc then decides to go to a room where they can play together.

The Lowee sisters first start off by drawing and reading. Later on, Rom feels tired, so Blanc decides to take a nap with the twins. As they feel uncomfortable with their older sister being all nice, Rom notices something is wrong, and states that Blanc has ignored work just to play with them. Ram thinks this can be a free-for-all and pull off as many pranks as they want without making their older sister mad, but Rom decides against it. Ram thought of a new prank, and drags Rom to do it with her.

The twins start off by spilling a water bucket when Blanc opens the door. As she got pranked, she was thinking of taking a shower, but it saved the effort. The twins then read their older sister's novels, but the latter keeps her cool and compliments them. The twins bake some cookies for her, along with some tea, both containing a lot of salt. She tries both of them, and describes them having a unique flavor.

As their pranks of angering Blanc did not work out as planned, Rom states that their older sister does not need them anymore, and she always got mad when they interrupted her work, and thought she scolded them for their own good, but is not doing any of those. Shen then follows it up by stating that their older sister does not care about them, because all they do is pull pranks, which makes her and Ram upset. Blanc hears the two crying, and is told by the latter that she will not get angry and does not care about them anymore. She then tells them the truth by stating that she was busy with work and neglected the two, and on the contrary, she was always angry. She continues with when the two of them were kidnapped, she wanted to be the first one to save them, but even then she could not do a thing, and that is why she was thinking of being more kinder to her twin sisters. She then cheers them up by hugging them and telling them that they are her precious little sisters.

Blanc thought it was the best of her twin sisters, but all she did was make them worry, and apologizes. Ram then tells Blanc that they are really happy that they were thinking about them, and that the usual scary and angry Blanc put them at ease. The latter decides to be her normal self for her sisters.

The next day, it is back to the same routine as yesterday, now with Blanc being more irate, which makes the twins traumatized, and Ram says that it would be better if their older sister was a little nicer after all.
