Hyperdimension Neptunia The Animation: DNA Comic Anthology/Chapter 12

Synopsis

Neptune announces that Eden has allowed for unrestricted distribution of domestically produced adult content as one of Rei Ryghts' policies she proposed when the nation was founded. As the CPUs and Nepgear are curious about the content, they go on to the internet and search up what kind of content they have.

Neptune ends up on a website containing her and Nepgear in their Goddess form entitled "Sister Sister Bowl: Molestation", and the latter wonders if it's a food-related site after seeing a lot of names lined up in a row. Neptune then starts clicking on each link, until she sees a similar picture of them in their human form, but naked. After seeing the picture, she asks why does her little sister get to be on the top, with Blanc answering that she has a short stature and childish personality, and they see Nepgear as the older sister.

Neptune moves on to the next website, now containing Noire's secret cosplays, and no lewd content. She then goes to another website containing White Heart has an elementary school girl, which then embarrasses the latter, and later Green Heart in a website entitled "My Sister's Room". Vert is shocked to see her site not showcasing her bust, and the two begin to argue. They theorize the reason for all the lewd content is because Eden's CPU is a character like Yellow Heart with huge breasts.

After experiencing what Eden had to offer, Neptune unironically shares the content to everyone in Planeptune, resulting in their shares skyrocketing.
