Idea chips are one of the components for the Disc Developer. Idea chips contain parameters or abilities that can be transferred over when they are burned onto a Blank Disc. They make their first appearance in Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory.
Overview
There are three Categories of Idea Chips: Genre, System Character, and Other. Each category has different types of chips that range from Lv.1 to Lv.5. The combination of idea chips and their level determine if a Godly Game will be made or not.
