Idea chips are one of the components for the Disc Developer. Idea chips contain parameters or abilities that can be transferred over when they are burned onto a Blank Disc. They make their first appearance in Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory.

Each category has different types of chips that range from Lv.1 to Lv.5. The combination of idea chips and their level determine if a Godly Game will be made or not.
