The Disc Developer is a feature that first appears in Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory. The Disc Developer allows the player to create game discs with particular stats and effects and equip them to any character of their choosing. Disc Development is only possible if you are in possession of Idea Chips and a Blank Disc, and can only be done from the city menu.
Overview
Depending on the disc of choice and the selected idea chips there are two special types of games that can be made:
- Godly Game: Allows for an additional bonus effect from the Disc.
- Sucky Game: Gives off negative bonus effects.
Even after a Game Disc is created, it can be reformatted back into a Blank Disc at any time. However, the Idea Chips used to make the Disc will be gone.
