Neptunia Riders VS Dogoos (爆走次元ネプテューヌVS巨神スライヌ Bakusō Jigen Neputūnu VS Kyoshin Surainu, lit. Noisy Racing Dimension Neptune VS Giant God Slinu) is a bike action game in the Hyperdimension Neptunia series. This game follows Uzume and the four Goddesses on motorcycles in a fight against the Dogoo army and collecting them.

are appearing and threatening to cover the land.
To escape from this otherworldly realm,

Main Characters
- Uzume Tennouboshi
- Voiced by: Mariko Honda (Japanese), Erica Lindbeck (English)
- She is the protagonist of this game and hails from the Zero Dimension. She has a rough and daring personality, but still has a girly side and a love for cute things. She is extremely loyal and often gives her friends nicknames. In this story, she searches for her missing friends after getting chased by strange Dogoos. Where is this place, and what is happening?! She goes to battle against the Dogoos to solve the mystery!

- Voiced by: Rie Tanaka (Japanese), Melissa Fahn (English)
- The Goddess of Planeptune. No matter the situation, she is always cheerful and bright, putting pedal to the medal when it comes to pumping up the team or biking. She is the main character of the series. She has developed an immense love for the monsters known as Dogoos in this bizarre world, but she can't seem to remember why.
- Noire
- Voiced by: Asami Imai (Japanese), Erica Mendez (English)
- The Goddess of Lastation. Serious, responsible, and caring, she often plays the role of the straight man in the group. Despite her tsundere personality, she's grown so attached to Dogoos that she is willing to sacrifice herself for their prosperity. She doesn't have any idea why, and she can't recall what led up to this.
- Blanc
- Voiced by: Kana Asumi (Japanese), Wendee Lee (English)
- The Goddess of Lowee. A bookworm by nature, she usually maintains a calm and cool demeanor, but she becomes a completely different and aggressive person when angered. Due to her attachment to the Dogoos, she has been dedicated to developing and promoting Dogoo merchandise to establish the Dogoo Empire.
- Vert
- Voiced by: Rina Sato (Japanese), Carrie Keranen (English)
- The Goddess of Leanbox. Although she has an elegant presence and a refined manner of speaking, she is actually a hardcore gamer and otaku. Being the only one among the Four Goddesses without a younger sister, she is obsessed with the idea of having one. Perhaps due to that strong desire, she mistakenly believes that the Dogoos are her little sisters and tries to create a paradise with them.
- Older Neptune
- Voiced by: Rie Tanaka (Japanese), Melissa Fahn (English)
- Another Neptune from a parallel world who travels through dimensions. She's bright, positive, and always interprets things optimistically, drawing people in with her laid-back personality. A born biker, she faces challenges with a fierce fighting spirit. Her words and actions suggest that she knows more about this world.
Dogoo Clan
- Dogoo Lady
- Voiced by: Yui Shoji (Japanese)
- The de facto leader of the Dogoo Clan. She prides herself on her sexy voice and seductive body. Many are said to be mesmerized by the sexy poses she strikes. She proclaims to be "one of the finest beauties in the Dogoo Clan."
- Dogoo Man Yin
- Voiced by: Tetsuya Tashiro (Japanese)
- Dogoo Lady’s right-hand man. A Dogoo Man adorned in robes reminiscent of the Nio statues. He teams up with Dogoo Man Yang to obstruct the goddesses, and they complement each other like yin and yang. The pair is like two halves of a whole, and when they unite, they transform into a god.
- Dogoo Man Yang
- Voiced by: Tetsuya Tashiro (Japanese)

- A humongous Dogoo who suddenly appeared before Uzume.
Trivia
- This is the first game in the series to have an E10+ rating by the ESRB.
- The swimsuit DLC is not available on the Nintendo Switch outside of Japan due to them "not complying with Nintendo Guidelines".[5]
- In the Japanese version, Dogoo Man is voiced by Tetsuya Tashiro, instead of his VII/VIIR voice actor Shinjiro Sakurai.
