Neptune is one of the playable characters appearing in Neptunia Riders VS Dogoos.
Profile
Appearance
Neptune has short lilac hair with bangs that reach down to her collar bone and purple eyes. In her hair she wears white hair-clips in the shape of D-pads with dark purple outlines in front and around her neck is a violet choker. She wears a crop top jacket with a white, violet, blue, and light pink color scheme and belts on her lower arms. Underneath is a violet tank top with an "N" emblem on her chest. She also wears black shorts that go up to her abdomen with two light blue belts; one of them having a matching cross hanging, a pink zipper on her front left side and a black and violet holder. Her legwear boasts a cross-shaped garter on her left thigh, thigh high socks with black and violet stripes, and boots to match her attire.
Personality
She is a happy, excitable girl with a very strong sense of justice. Her ditzy personality causes her to be very careless at times which can either help her or land her into serious trouble. She makes friends rather easily due to her friendly nature and often gives them cute nicknames. People admire her optimistic outlook and confidence. She never gives up or backs down when the going gets tough and she makes sure to see her objective through to the very end. Neptune does not like fighting and is rather pacifistic, preferring to avoid conflicts whenever possible. But when she has to fight, she can act seriously.

Prologue
Neptune is first seen in the Lobby falling in love with a bunch of Dogoos surrounding her. Uzume then arrives at the scene to pull the Dogoos away from her. Neptune stops Uzume, and threatens to "Nep" her.
After losing to Uzume in a Dogoo collecting challenge, Neptune is reminded by the latter that she likes pudding more than Dogoos, restoring her memory and returning back to normal. She then asks Uzume where they are, where her Big self and Noire went, and asks about what was happening. Uzume mentions that she was in a Dogoo-lovin' state just like her, and managed to regain her senses. After Uzume asked Neptune where did she learn how to ride a motorcycle, Neptune answers by stating that maybe she's been playing motorcycle games at the arcade before, and asks Uzume if her bike skills were taught by the older Neptune. Uzume doesn't remember how she rode a bike either, and Neptune couldn't remember prior to becoming in love with the Dogoos. Uzume implies that the older Neptune might be feeling off, and the two team up to start searching for the rest of the crew.
