Uzume Tennouboshi/MegaTagmension Blanc
Uzume Tennouboshi is transfer high school student who later joins the Film club after the first movie gets finished. Her mission is to defeat HachimaJin, who spread the virus around the school.
Uzume stars as the International Police officer, who later turns out to be the Hero's missing older sister.

Appearance
Uzume is a fair-skinned girl with red-orange eyes and long, sanguine hair worn in pigtails located near the bottom of her head, held by hair that has been knotted. It has a few black clasps and a pink gradience nearing the bottom.
Personality
She is blunt, but deep in she is loyal and passionate. Her words and deeds are strong-minded, but she is also naive. Unlike her other incarnations, this Uzume does not daydream.
Orange Heart
Appearance
As Orange Heart, Uzume keeps her long red hair, but it becomes light orange and at the base, is looped in a loose circle, resembling a ribbon, while the rest of the hair runs loose. The hair surrounding her face elongates and her eyes become light blue. She gains a white-themed outfit with accenting of orange and blue.
Personality
Her personality is a complete change from her spirited and her blunt personality before the transformation, she changes to the soft personality of the "Honya system". She calls the enemy monsters "Doggie" and seems to lack tension by going at her own pace, but at the core she's really serious.

Gameplay
Uzume Tennouboshi was altered somewhat from her debut in Megadimension Neptunia VII. In this game, she is an excellent melee fighter, though is prone to a slightly long recovery in-between combos, and specializes in aerial combos and charging attacks.
If properly utilized, she is quite good at hit and run attacks against crowds and has some limited ability to stun-lock bosses if her charge moves and aerial combos are properly timed.
As Orange Heart, all of her abilities are increased across the board and her weaknesses are greatly diminished, with no notable changes to her play-style except for somewhat decreased windup time between combos.
