Combat Summary

Noire, Goddess of Lastation who "only does everything"...to an extent. Out of the entire cast, Noire might be the most balanced of the playable characters, not having any real downfalls but not having excelling anywhere either. Her main source of damage is physical, which she can dish out at a respectable rate. Despite being geared as a physical fighter, Noire has a good amount of INT so using magic attacks are a viable option for her. Defense, both physical and mental are pretty high up there with a good amount of HP to match, making her a good replacement for Blanc when you want a more well-rounded tank. In terms of agility, Noire is pretty fast but not the fastest. However, Noire's TEC is extremely high, only being out done by the DLC characters. Noire's luck however is fairly low, which makes sense story wise where Noire has a bad habit of being landed on by falling people.

Noire's attacks are a good combination of physical and magic, buffs, a debuff, and a slew of fire skills. Noire's combos are fairly normal. However, her rush attacks don't do as many hits as others but her power combos do deal an impressive amount of damage. SP skills are good with one AoE and one Debuff, both being attacks from an event, the legendary 7 event. The two skills are fantastic. The magic skill is good at dealing damage to a crowd and the physical skill lowers attack power to an enemy, both useful for mobs and bosses respectively. Her buffs include a single STR increase, always useful, and an AoE Tec increase, good for enemies with high agility (like a certain rat-pokemon reference).

As for passives, her Ignore enemy traits comes in handy against certain enemies with annoying passives, like machines. Her other one ignores a certain status effect (poison). It's not very notable and you'll often forget what status it actually ignores but it is useful for when the occasion arises. Noire has a few EXE skills: one she uses herself, two with Neptune (though one can only be activated by Neptune), one with Plutia, and one with Uni. The other two combine the powers of the four CPUs, with Neptune and Plutia, the CPUs of Planeptune, being the deciding factor of the attack. The attacks with Plutia are more inclined to debuffs but with lower damage while Neptune's causes a great deal more damage but nothing else. Overall, Noire's a fairly good character on any setup. She has very few weaknesses, with them being, in descending order of annoyance, No damage Limit break (easily fixed with Discs, items, or Nepgear), fire attacks can be resisted (it's a natural trade-off in element rock-paper-scissors), low luck (doesn't really matter), and being too prideful and stubborn (comes with Tsundere personality).
