Chirper (みんつぶ Mintsubu, lit. Mintubu) is a method of communication that makes its first appearance in Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2. The player can interact with avatars called "Gamipics" that are each unique in their own specific nation. If a Gamipic's chat bubble contains the Event symbol, continuous interaction with the Gamipic will trigger events that may reward the player with new skills or items.
