Avenir
Avenir is the largest manufacturing company in Lastation from Hyperdimension Neptunia and Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1 that serves as the center of the events surrounding the Lastation arc of both games. It was founded by Ganache and is headed by Singe.
Avenir was founded by Ganache after he heard of the Console War three years ago. He chose a small company on the verge of bankruptcy and created a bond between them and the parliament. He created Avenir as a means to get defeat Neptune, Black Heart's warring rival from the ancient Console war, by using weaponry that gathers all the advanced technology in Lastation.
Story
Hyperdimension Neptunia
Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1
While Noire was away in the Console War, Avenir managed to gain near-monopoly of Lastation's industries, even replacing the Basilicom's staff with their agents. Further, their extensive industrialization began to damage the local environment. By the time Noire returned to Lastation, Avenir had control of the nation and her Shares were too low for her to effectively combat it by herself.
It's later revealed that Avenir has ties to Arfoire, chiefly through her impersonation of White Heart. Due to Ganache's delusional obsession with the fake White Heart, Avenir sold many war machines to aid Arfoire's control over Lowee, and tried to develop anti-CPU weapons to aid Arfoire in stealing their powers. Despite this, nearly all their tanks and Killachines would be destroyed by the party.
This comes to a head at the Lastation Expo, where Arfoire and Ganache hope to corner the CPUs in an exhibition match. The Panzer set to combat the CPUs ultimately was a failure. Ganache relunctantly takes the CPU Breaker out of maintenance to combat them directly. An ensuing malfunction leads to the expo hall wrecked by the out-of-control machine, stopped only due to intervention by MarvelousAQL and the CPUs. Avenir and especially Ganache and Singe were disgraced by this, although Arfoire still managed to copy Black Heart's power in the aftermath of the battle with the CPU Breaker.
Having effectively regained her standing in Lastation, Noire placed Avenir under control of the Basilicom, hoping to put their technology to good use and fix the environmental damage they caused.
