CPUs

Arfoire is the CPUs' enemy. Indirectly, during her revival, Arfoire's organization took a large amount of shares from the CPUs and was able to defeat them and seal them in Gamindustri Graveyard for three years.

Neptune

Arfoire sees Neptune as a CPU and therefore something that will be destroyed. Neptune sees her as the final boss and is excited about having the chance to destroy her to save Gamindustri. In the normal ending, Arfoire tried to bring Neptune down the most of all the CPUs. In the end, Neptune assisted her sister in destroying Arfoire.

Noire

Arfoire sees Noire as a CPU and therefore something that will be destroyed. Noire sees Arfoire as a being that must be destroyed for the sake of Gamindustri. In the end, Noire assisted Nepgear in destroying Arfoire. In the normal end, Noire was willing to sacrifice herself to defeat Arfoire. However, Arfoire was unable to drag Noire down with her.

Blanc

Arfoire sees Blanc as a CPU and therefore something that will be destroyed. Blanc sees Arfoire as a being that must be destroyed for the sake of Gamindustri. In the end, Blanc assisted Nepgear in destroying Arfoire. In the normal end, Blanc was willing to sacrifice herself to defeat Arfoire. However, Arfoire was unable to drag Blanc down with her.

Vert

Arfoire sees Vert as a CPU and therefore something that will be destroyed. Vert sees Arfoire as a being that must be destroyed for the sake of Gamindustri. In the end, Vert assisted Nepgear in destroying Arfoire. In the normal end, Vert was willing to sacrifice herself to defeat Arfoire. However, Arfoire was unable to drag Vert down with her.

Uranus

Uranus, long ago sealed Arfoire but at the cost of losing the other nation's CPUs.

CPU Candidates

Arfoire has given the CPU candidates a lot of problems through keeping their sisters away from them for three years.

Nepgear

Arfoire initially thought little of Nepgear as she will destroy the CPUs and Gamindustri. However, Nepgear is the main cause for Arfoire's downfall, as it was her who gathered up the CPUs, candidates and makers to defeat Arfoire. In the conquest end, Arfoire allowed herself to be defeated and haunts Nepgear with some ominous words. In the true end and holy sword route, the two dueled for the fate of Gamindustri. Even after her defeat, she intended to bring Nepgear down with her.

Uni

Arfoire sees Uni as a CPU candidate and therefore something that will be destroyed. Uni sees Arfoire as a being that must be destroyed for the sake of Gamindustri. Uni helped her best friend Nepgear defeat Arfoire.

Rom

Arfoire sees Rom as a CPU candidate and therefore something that will be destroyed. Rom sees Arfoire as a being that must be destroyed for the sake of Gamindustri. Rom helped her best friend Nepgear defeat Arfoire.

Ram

Arfoire sees Ram as a CPU candidate and therefore something that will be destroyed. Ram sees Arfoire as a being that must be destroyed for the sake of Gamindustri. Ram helped her best friend Nepgear defeat Arfoire.

Maho

Arfoire sees Maho as a CPU candidate and therefore something that will be destroyed. Arfoire would later possess the evil Maho's body to become reborn once again.

Oracles

Through her organization, Arfoire has contributed to a three-year increase in the oracle's workload. By capturing the CPUs, the oracles had to run the respective countries.

Histoire

Arfoire has never had the chance to meet Histoire, however the two are enemies. Arfoire likely views Histoire as something to be destroyed. Histoire attempted to put an end to Arfoire and ASIC very early but it failed and the CPUs were captured.

Kei Jinguji

Arfoire and Kei have never met but are most certainly enemies. Arfoire views Kei as something insignificant.

Mina Nishizawa

Arfoire and Mina have never met but are most certainly enemies. Arfoire views Mina as something insignificant.

Chika Hakozaki

Arfoire and Chika have never met but are most certainly enemies. Arfoire views Chika as something insignificant.

Arfoire views IF as something insignificant despite the fact that IF assisted Nepgear in defeating her.

Arfoire views Nisa as something insignificant despite the fact Nisa assisted that Nepgear in defeating her. Nisa, like Neptune was quite excited to fight the villain.

Arfoire views 5pb. as something insignificant despite the fact 5pb. assisted that Nepgear in defeating her. In the conquest end, 5pb. pins the blame entire tragedy the CPUs suffered on Arfoire.

Arfoire is the deity the antagonists worship, with the exception of Kurome.
