Ram is similar to a black mage. She is atuned to deal high magic damage but lacks in physical attack and defense in general. The interesting part of her combos is their range. In Victory, up to that point in the game, you'd have only handled melee range characters, with Rom, Ram, and Uni having extremely long range. While this is useful for staying out of danger but still being able to do damage, it makes positioning attacks awkward because of how the slightest turn or step, can change how many enemies you hit with your combo. Ram has an entire elemental set of combo attacks, the two ice SP skills, and a buff skill. Ram is quite useful with good damage and limited healing. Ram has a unique feature in that she alone has the ability to give regen, something that not even white mage Rom could do. Regen is good for its purpose of survival, however regular healing spells are more useful when facing enemies that could take large chunks of health in a single blow.
Ram is the black mage, made for dealing lots of magic damage. She has even more SP reduction passive abilities than her sister allowing her to hit the enemy harder with tough ice elemental SP attacks. Her lack of defense like her sister makes require a physical fighter to sponge some damage. She can give a character regen or buff her INT and MEN with a minor healing bonus but that would be a waste of her turn where she attack the enemy. Her passives are quite situational. She can lower the cost of SP in a CPU's HDD but she would need to be paired up with a CPU. As for null stat debuff, she needs an enemy that has skill which can debuff a character.
