Hyperdimension Neptunia The Animation: Hello New World/Dengeki Oneshot

This is a oneshot chapter to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Dengeki Maoh.

Synopsis

Neptune and co. decide to have a slumber party in a lodge just outside the forest of Planeptune. The former then introduces her special guests, Plutia, Peashy and Uzume, only to see them knocked out alongside Histoire. As this wasn't the surprise she had in mind, the CPUs decide to investigate who killed them.

Nepgear and Uni arrive at the scene with Neptune showing the two a dying message Peashy wrote saying "Nep". Neptune implies that it was probably a coincidence and an homage to "Nepudding". Uni then points out the doll of Neptune she was holding and states that Uzume might have something, only to have no clues. Noire claims that Neptune is the real culprit, but the latter denies this accusation. She then accuses Uni for murdering the victims and "shoots" her with her finger gun.

Blanc is shocked that Neptune is the killer, and asks if she went after her sisters and runs upstairs only to see that they're unharmed. As Neptune, Vert and Nepgear arrive, the lights unexpectedly go out with Neptune grabbing something soft and hard. The lights come back on, and Neptune notices that she grabbed Vert's breast and sees the Lowee sisters lay dead with bumps on their head. She also notices the ashtray covered in blood that she doesn't remember holding. Vert backs away from Neptune and then falls off a broken rail, landing on Noire.

With only two possible suspects remaining, Neptune tells her sister that she didn't kill the victims with the latter believing in her. Nepgear states that it's weird to have multiple goddesses in the first place, and reveals that she was the one behind all the murders. She then explains how she rigged the crime scene by hitting the victims and breaking the rail with the ashtray, and claims that the title of the cutest, the strongest, and the ruler of all dimensions belong only to her beloved sister.

The victims get back up and head towards Neptune to tell her that this was all just a prank to scare her. Neptune is relieved about it and states that Nepgear didn't actually harm anyone, with the latter mentioning that she wasn't lying about her being the cutest, strongest and the one the series deserves and admits that the prank was actually refreshing. Neptune then shows her "special surprise" to everyone by revealing her illustration by Tsunako. As Neptune gets all the praise for her "surprise", it is later revealed that Histoire planned this surprise all along.
