Synopsis
Neptune says good morning to Nepgear and Histoire, when suddenly, the latter tells Neptune something disastrous has happened. Nepgear tells her sister that her panties have gone missing. She then explains after she woke up, she went to change her clothes, and noticed one of her panties were missing. Histoire asks Neptune if she knows what may have happened. The latter tells her side of the story, explaining yesterday, she was playing games until it was late, then she started dozing off mid-game. And before she even noticed, she was sleeping on her bed. Histoire believes it may be a thief who snuck in last night, and that Nepgear's underwear is an important object of Planeptune's faith, and their shares will be affected negatively due to the loss of this "national treasure". Neptune cannot forgive such a deporable act, and states that the thief should have begged for them, but instead took them without asking her sister first. She then drags her sister to go search for the thief.
Neptune issues a "state of emergency" to the citizens of Planeptune. She then announces that someone has stolen Nepgear's panties, and asks Nepgear what it looked like. The latter describes it having pink stripes, was old and worn out with a few pills, a slight tear on the right leg hole, and the elastic was a little loose. Compa feels so bad for Nepgear, while IF sarcastically thinks the same way. Histoire stops the announcement and angrily tells Neptune not to accuse her own citizens. The latter tells her she is wrong, and that she trusts them that she is accusing them, and wanted to offer them an opportunity to be honest. She then understands the thief is hiding somewhere in Planeptune, and she should not limit to just them. She immediately bursts through the wall and drags her sister once again to find them within each nation.
The Planeptune sisters go on a search within Lastation, Lowee and Leanbox. Returning to Planeptune, Noire, Blanc and Vert meet up to tell Neptune to stop stirring up trouble in their own nations. The latter is shocked to see all of them angry, with Histoire telling her that she made this problem into a diplomatic issue. The three then activate Hard Drive Divinity to fight the Planeptune goddess, but the latter steps in to transform, only for the other goddesses to see that Neptune was the main culprit who stole her sister's panties.
After Neptune realized she stole her sister's panties, a flashback plays, describing what really happened last night. Neptune was taking a bath, got out to see that she misplaced her own panties, decided to borrow her sister's, and went back to sleep.
