The Gold Third (ゴールドサァド Gōrudo Sa~ado) is a group that acts as rivals to the goddesses, and also possess a similar transformation ability known as "Gold Form". They first appeared in Megadimension Neptunia VII during the Zero Dimension Neptunia Z arc, then take on a major role starting in the Hyper Dimension Neptunia G arc. After defeating the four CPUs, they take over their nations as the new rulers until the end of the G arc.

- S-Sha: She represents Square Enix Holdings Co., Ltd. She takes over the reign of Leanbox.
- B-Sha: She represents Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc.. She takes over the reign of Planeptune.
- K-Sha: She represents Konami Digital Entertainment. She takes over the reign of Lastation.
- F-Sha: In the Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution universe only, F-Sha joins the group. She represents FromSoftware, Inc..
