Choujigen Musical Neptune (超次元ミュージカル ネプテューヌ Chōjigen Myusikaru Neputūnu, lit. Super Dimension Musical Neptune) is a musical adaptation based on the Neptunia series. It first made its premiere on 2023 September 28[2] in Japan.
It would later get a rerun as Choujigen Musical Neptune: RE:BOOT!! with a new cast, which premiered on 2025 October 1.[3]
Story
The world of Gamindustri.
It is one of the other worlds protected by four goddesses.
The names of the four nations are Planeptune, Lastation, Lowee, and Leanbox.
In the past, there were conflicts between the nations,
However, the goddesses of each nation feared that they would unnecessarily reduce each other's national power, so a "Friendship Treaty" was concluded.
Time passed, and the world was once again in turmoil.
One day, "music" suddenly disappeared from all four continents.
The inhabitants of Gamindustri were bewildered by the sudden situation,
The four goddesses try to confront the mysterious situation together.
However, the goddesses are also faced with a change related to "music".
Along with the music that seems to have disappeared, someone is attacking the Goddesses.
If you want to bring music back to the world, try to surpass the music and songs we play.
A mysterious shadow that steals music from the world and manipulates them.
And standing behind it was Arfoire.
"What is this? Is this some kind of music game?"
Neptune, as usual, is not too happy about such a situation.
However, the goddess and her sisters are being surrounded by attacks that are more severe than they could have imagined.
In the manipulated world of sound, where will the songs played echo?
The voice of Neptune echoes for the first time, "I'm going to make you a Nep-Nep!"
