Chaos Form
Chaos Form is the form of characters corrupted by Chaos Energy. This form first makes its introduction in NepNep☆Connect: Chaos Chanpuru and later returns in MegaMiracle Force.
Overview
When a character gets corrupted by Chaos Energy e.g. a Chaos Anima, their personality becomes sinister with a new outfit, and have a mark placed somewhere on their body.
Interestingly, there are two different variations of a Chaos Form, with the playable versions of Chaos characters taking on a sort of "limited" version of the state with (typically) more modest clothing. This suggests that the effects of Chaos Energy can be suppressed to some degree, reducing one's overall power in exchange for limiting the negative effects said power has on one's mind.

Trivia
- There appears to be a unique interaction between Chaos Energy and the CPUs. While the CPU Candidates and Neptune only possess Chaos variants of their HDD forms, the other 3 main CPUs have both a regular and HDD Chaos Form.
- The chaos Purple Sister is extremely implied to be the Nepgear from the conquest ending of Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 and has an upgraded chaos form called "V" during the events of MegaMiracle Force.
